Sarah's and Sine's journey began in 2005 at Big Al's in Tulsa, where they worked under Al's daughter, Pat Boudreaux. Bonding over their mutual love for the food service industry and "Gilmore Girls," they formed a lasting friendship. While Sine became a stay-at-home mom in 2008, Sarah pursued her passion as a professional pastry chef in 2011. Their shared love for Big Al's never wavered, and when the opportunity arose to own the restaurant, they eagerly embraced it. In March 2021, they took ownership, committed to preserving the legacy of Al and Pat.

Today, Sarah and Sine have made it their mission to continue the traditions of Big Al's by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all. Their dedication is evident as they often have their daughters working alongside them, bringing a family touch to the restaurant. At Big Al's, they strive to offer a healthy meal and a friendly environment, making it one of Tulsa's beloved staple restaurants.
